Keep it simple. Time is precious and so is your body, so put a little time to read what's inside your food.
Make sure you keep your sugar, sodium and fats at a low when reading the labels. Saturated fats from fruits and vegetable are going to be a healthier alternative, and once you start eating healthier, you will be able to notice a differences in your mental and physical being. I always feel better when I eat whole grains, fruits, and vegetables.
