The Ninja Crock Pot is amazing. If you love to cook a crock pot is for you. My friend is always ranting about how amazing and easy cooking is with the crock pot, so I bought one to try it myself. I enjoy eating healthy and cooking takes a lot of time. Now it's easier for me to throw my protein and veggies in a crock pot and let it cook within the next few hours. My first meal test was seasoned chicken and carrots. The carrots were delicious and the chicken was slow cooked that it was practically pulled. So far, I'm happy. Now it's time to get creative and see the different types of foods I can cook!
Fresh juice contains a greater nutritional value. I love adding spinach, celery, apples, and amino acids.
When you make your own juice, you are feeding your body with natural vitamins filled with essential minerals, antioxidants, and natural antibiotics. The result in fresh juice is provides optimal health. For an extra sweet boost, I'll a one packet of Truvia. If you don't know what Truvia is, it's a sweetener. You can also get creative and add a teaspoon of maple syrup. I enjoy less sugar, because I really enjoy the bland taste, hehe.
Good luck...and remember a juicer is completely different from a high speed blender. I prefer to use a high speed blender
like the Ninja or Vitamix. A Ninja is powerful enough that it leaves your juice with tiny granulates. A Vitamix will practically turn your juice into all liquid on the highest speed.
