A: Recently and now, I am focusing on growing my personal training skills and business. I am always learning new techniques to improve my training programs. Personal Training may seem like a very fun and easy job, but it requires a great deal of research and work. Which, in the last two months, I've been working for Equinox in Dallas, Texas. The journey has been incredible. The members and coaches strive for the best and truly, I have never seen so much talent in the fitness industry. If you're looking for personal training, or a want to come by to scope out the gym, please stop by and take a tour! Come see me!
My most recent goal is to learn to accept where I am at today. To be in open communication with myself. Time is everything, I know. Everyone always talks about, "time". Time is valuable, I know. Learning to accept that I may not have the body that I want now creates motivation for me in the future. Who wants to live a life of goals already achieved? Progress takes time. Fortunately, I am learning to balance my passion for personal training and family. Some days are hard, but just like a healthy body, balance is key. If you're ready to get fit this summer, I have multiple programs, don't be afraid to ask. I love to help!
