The easiest way to eat healthy is to fill your fridge with good carbohydrates, protein, and fiber. Whole grains, fruits, and vegetables, egg whites, nuts, and seeds are all very good sources of fuel. Making egg whites and having a side of vegetables like spinach or asparagus gives me good energy without the bloat. Don't forget to stay away from processed foods and high fats because you're more incline to want more.
Losing weight can be slightly easy if you make the right decision to eat breakfast, eat good foods, and pack a lunchbox. Sometimes you just crave the chips and the fats, but if you eat healthy majority of the time then you won't feel so guilty having some chips and ice cream.
