Ab workouts are my favorite thing to do at the gym because I love having a strong core.
I've been doing a lot of decline sit ups and I absolute love it! I feel that doing crunches on a decline bench is way more effective for me. For sure, a challenge. Try it!
Abdominal muscles need to be progressively overloaded to grow, so I need to switch up my routine to build muscle mass and strength. Hopefully, I can push harder on my reps as I progress. Beast On!
