Sometimes I can be a poor eater. I love cheeseburgers, asian food filled with lots of sodium and chips! I can't help it, I'm human.
I'm ready to see how far I can push myself by building discipline and habit. Yea, it's going to take some time for change to occur, but when will I ever make the change if I don't start now.
Training hard at the gym and eating poorly doesn't mix. So... I'm going to fight my cravings and soon, I will see the results I have been waiting for!
